Key Requirements

•0–1 year of relevant experience and a foundation in customer engagement.
•A High School Diploma (or equivalent) is preferred.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage comfortably with a diverse group of customers.
•Customer service experience is preferred; retail experience is a plus.
•Proficient computer skills and attention to detail, with the physical ability to stand and move throughout the store and perform light-to-moderate tasks.
