  • •Oversee boutique operations including presentation, security procedures, vendor coordination, inventory integrity, compliance requirements, audits, and adherence to brand standards.
  • •Manage the complete after-sales service and repair process, including intake, repair estimates, timelines, and service recommendations while ensuring exceptional client experience.
  • •In the Director’s absence, ensure business continuity by leading CRM excellence, client retention strategies, boutique initiatives, and events execution.

Salary: USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually
