Senior Manager, Quality Assurance (OTC)

Lead and govern Revlon’s Over-the-counter (OTC) quality program for cosmetic and OTC products, ensuring compliance with FDA OTC regulations and internal quality standards across development, manufacturing, testing, release, and post-market activities. Serve as the OTC regulatory SME, integrate OTC requirements into the QMS, oversee third-party manufacturers and stability programs, and drive risk management and continuous improvement while leading and mentoring a team.
