Job Function: Construction, Civil & Site Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Develop cost plans and estimates through design and delivery phases for a multi-building construction campus.
•Produce monthly cost reports, executive summaries, and funding information.
•Coordinate cost data from design teams, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for cost validation.
•Review contractor pricing and lead commercial negotiations to drive fair contract values.
•Lead the review, estimation, negotiation, and reconciliation of change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
•5–7+ years of relevant experience in construction cost management on medium- to large-scale projects of moderate to high complexity.
•Data center construction experience or experience in mission-critical, high-tech, industrial, semiconductor, or other large-scale technical facilities is strongly preferred.
•Construction consulting experience strongly preferred.
•Strong understanding of cost planning, procurement routes, commercial management, value management, and value engineering.
