Key Responsibilities

•Provide overall leadership and direction for site-based project delivery, ensuring alignment with Client objectives, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
•Act as the primary point of accountability for project execution, performance, and delivery outcomes on site.
•Lead the construction supervision phase, ensuring effective coordination between contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
•Oversee all site operations, ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and standards.
•Manage and resolve interface issues across disciplines, ensuring fully coordinated delivery.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
•Minimum 20 years of experience in delivering large-scale construction projects
•Proven experience in a Project Director or senior leadership role delivering construction supervision projects
•Strong background in construction supervision, particularly on remote or challenging sites
•Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects from construction through to handover
