Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, maintaining high technical standards.
  • •Diagnose and repair faults in installations to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment and facilities.
  • •Execute service orders issued by Knowcross, completing activities safely and within set timelines.
  • •Conduct preventive maintenance checklists in common areas, apartments and other hotel areas including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, carpentry and masonry work.
  • •Propose and implement improvements to installations to optimize operations and safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of electrical circuits and maintenance on low- and medium-voltage systems
  • •Experience in masonry repairs (tile laying, small fixes in building areas)

  • •NR10 and NR35 certifications for electrical safety and work at height
  • •High school certificate plus technical maintenance course (Mecânica/Eletrotécnica or related)
