Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver the safe provision of customer projects, operations and maintenance, and investment projects with strict adherence to regulatory and license obligations.
  • •Deliver district business plan outputs in line with financial, regulatory, and business plan objectives, optimizing return through incentive mechanisms.
  • •Develop robust project plans to minimize customer outages and facilitate business deliverables aligned to district and licence plans.
  • •Undertake contract management and project management activities as required.
  • •Engage customers and stakeholders, support delivery of communication activities, and manage performance targets such as Customer Minutes Lost and Time to Connect.

Key Requirements

  • •Have worked in a Programme/Project Coordinator role with experience delivering projects and initiatives.
  • •Knowledge of the regulatory environment and relevant output and incentive mechanisms for electricity distribution.
  • •General contract, commercial, and regulatory awareness with the ability to balance customer service and project delivery.
  • •Experience in a project delivery role.
  • •Computer literacy and either a crafts qualification, apprenticeship, S/NVQ, or equivalent experience.
