Job Summary

We’re seeking a Human Capital Associate in New York to support day-to-day HR operations within the Human Capital team, coordinate with Europe and Asia, and partner with Senior Business Partners on talent processes. You’ll help with employment documentation, visa matters, headcount reporting, and records maintenance, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist Human Capital Business Partners with day-to-day operational and administrative needs, including creating and processing offer letters, employment agreements and related documentation
•Coordinate with external immigration counsel on visa-related matters (H-1B, OPT, transfers, extensions, etc.) and track immigration cases
•Manage headcount reporting/tracking with Comp and FPA teams on monthly headcount reporting, including open roles
•Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and shared trackers
•Support key year-end processes, including compensation, promotions, talent reviews and performance management

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
•3 - 5 years of Human Resources experience preferred, ideally in a professional services, financial services, or technology-driven organization
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Proficiency with HRIS (Workday) preferred
•Clear intellectual curiosity with the drive and potential to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
