Key Responsibilities

  • •Review contractual obligations and ensure compliance with group policies across UAE, Oman, Qatar, and Egypt.
  • •Manage business ethics policies, including anti-corruption and anti-money laundering, and implement monitoring activities for loss prevention.
  • •Support formalizing operational and financial controls to mitigate risk and improve operational efficiency.
  • •Coordinate contracts management activities, including procurement policy/risk review, franchise requirements, IWAY compliance, approvals, and maintaining an approved contract directory.
  • •Support internal audits and SOP improvements by analyzing findings, recommending guideline changes, assisting investigations, and aligning promotional terms and conditions with SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •Post Graduate Bachelor of Laws degree.
  • •3-5 years of experience in contract reviews, process compliance, or auditing, preferably in the retail sector.
  • •Certification in compliance or a related field is preferred.
  • •Strong legal knowledge in contractual law, with analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • •Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
