Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day technical delivery of highway consultancy services through all project life-cycle stages.
  • •Coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs and ensure compatibility across projects of varying scale and value.
  • •Liaise with clients, build trusted relationships, and advise on project delivery and expectations.
  • •Lead or contribute to design outputs, prepare fee proposals and manage project budgets.
  • •Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, environmental legislation and in-house QA standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading multi-disciplinary highway design projects across feasibility, concept design, planning, detailed design and construction.
  • •Proven ability to liaise with clients, manage expectations and provide advisory support.
  • •Experience in project technical lead and review roles.
  • •Ability to manage budgets, prepare fee proposals and deliver discrete project solutions.
  • •Knowledge of design codes and preparation of contract drawings and documentation (CDM compliance).
