Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day technical delivery of highway consultancy services through all project life-cycle stages.
•Coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs and ensure compatibility across projects of varying scale and value.
•Liaise with clients, build trusted relationships, and advise on project delivery and expectations.
•Lead or contribute to design outputs, prepare fee proposals and manage project budgets.
•Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, environmental legislation and in-house QA standards.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading multi-disciplinary highway design projects across feasibility, concept design, planning, detailed design and construction.
•Proven ability to liaise with clients, manage expectations and provide advisory support.
•Experience in project technical lead and review roles.
•Ability to manage budgets, prepare fee proposals and deliver discrete project solutions.
•Knowledge of design codes and preparation of contract drawings and documentation (CDM compliance).
