Provide exceptional guest experiences by sharing product knowledge and making tailored recommendations for High West whiskey, cocktails, and food. Convert guests into High West Whiskey Ambassadors through detailed understanding of offerings and history. Maintain cleanliness and execute proper service sequence, set-up, side work, and closing tasks. Work outdoors/indoors across varied climates and collaborate closely with the Lead Supervisor to complete shift responsibilities efficiently.
