Own packaging, pricing, margins, and delivery governance while collaborating with Sales/SE/CS to improve enterprise deal conversion and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Build the trusted services delivery function with governance, repeatability, and commercial accountability.
•Define service packaging, pricing models (fixed-fee tiers, retainer options) and own utilization, margins, capacity planning, and delivery forecasting.
•Collaborate with Sales/SE/CS to attach services appropriately and improve enterprise deal conversion and retention.
•Create AI-assisted playbooks and structured inputs to standardize repeatable services (DPIA, risk assessment, policy review).
•Establish acceptance criteria, risk boundaries, and QA frameworks for third-party-delivered services.
