Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ETL/ELT data pipelines for an Enterprise Data Warehouse, ensuring alignment to enterprise architecture and best practices. Partner with engineering, architecture, QA, and business teams to deliver reliable data solutions, drive unit/regression testing and validation, and troubleshoot issues across environments. Serve as a technical leader and mentor, improving performance, reliability, and scalability while contributing to EDW modernization using AWS, Snowflake, and Python/PySpark.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ETL/ELT pipelines in the EDW ecosystem.
•Drive solution design from requirements and data mapping documents to scalable implementations.
•Build and optimize data pipelines using AWS Glue, Snowflake, Python/PySpark, and IBM DataStage.
•Define and implement unit testing, regression testing, and data validation strategies, partnering with QA for system/integration testing.
•Mentor junior and mid-level developers with technical guidance and code reviews, and lead development efforts on key initiatives.
