Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage change control for the project or program area, including tracking, reporting, and analysis of variations and emerging trends.
  • •Support embedding newly formed change processes and procedures within the Change Control Team.
  • •Provide strategic insights by identifying risks, opportunities, and impacts arising from change activity.
  • •Coordinate integrated baseline management exercises throughout the program lifecycle.
  • •Assess program change/variation requests and ensure robust impact assessments across cost, schedule, and risk, working with controls and delivery stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain or hold an Australian Baseline Security Clearance, or be a UK Citizen with current UK clearance.
  • •Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills to influence across PMO and delivery teams.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of change control, cost planning, scheduling, and risk management principles.
  • •Experience delivering integrated outcomes with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • •Relevant degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Project Management or similar, plus professional qualifications such as P30, Prince 2, MSP, APM PMQ, PPQ, CHPPM or equivalent.
