Employment Program Specialist

Provides employment services for refugees and eligible individuals by building employer partnerships, guiding career pathways, and supporting job placement and retention. Based in the Austin office with hybrid work arrangement, you’ll manage client communications, track documentation, and help clients prepare resumes and applications while ensuring compliance with program guidelines.
