Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the store expert to deliver product knowledge, application scenarios, and vacuum up basic store operations and merchandising tasks; lead the on-shift team to achieve daily plans and ensure smooth handovers.
  • •Provide skills training to the team using a feedback-based approach, focusing on why, what, and how to improve customer experience and team happiness.
  • •Listen to customer needs, offer professional solutions for different sports, and plan product training ahead for new releases.
  • •Plan and adjust visual merchandising according to standards and new product plans, including styling recommendations for daily and seasonal displays.
  • •Operate store processes including receiving goods, returns, inventory, loss prevention, cashiering, opening/closing, and daily reviews, ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of retail experience
  • •1+ year of supervisory/training experience
  • •Strong communication and proactive customer service mindset
  • •Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
