Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and support Windows server environments and associated infrastructure.
  • •Manage VMware ESX/vSphere/vCenter systems and related integration activities.
  • •Apply and coordinate patch management using SCCM, WSUS, and SMS.
  • •Troubleshoot major failures by preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Major Incident Report (MIR).
  • •Maintain risk registers and manage antivirus for operating systems within ITIL processes, including 24/7 readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008, and 2012.
  • •Strong knowledge of VMware ESX, vSphere, and vCenter.
