Lead the Health Solutions team’s client engagements in New York, delivering analysis, presentations, and solutions design for health and welfare benefits. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the client engagement as the primary day-to-day contact and drive ownership of projects and deliverables
•Coordinate with internal Subject Matter Experts including audit, legal, and broking teams to ensure alignment
•Facilitate communication with external stakeholders and vendor partners
•Manage project execution, risk management, and client issues while mentoring junior colleagues
•Draft client presentations and participate in meetings to identify additional services and solutions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Five to ten years of experience in group health and benefits consulting or relevant industry
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience
•Must have appropriate insurance license (life and health) or ability to fulfill post-hire
•Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and excellent communication and presentation skills
