  • •Support training for new hires and current employees on culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, and store programs.
  • •Coach and contribute to an environment that encourages engagement, retention, and talent; deliver performance feedback with store management.
  • •Handle cash and merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor set, markdown, replenishment) and supervise the store team when other management is absent.

Key Requirements

  • •Progressive retail leadership experience supervising, coaching, and training associates.
  • •Experience creating a high-energy store experience and engaging consumers while modeling service behaviors.
  • •Ability to resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and partner with store leadership on elevated issues.
  • •Experience participating in onboarding/training on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, and store policies.
  • •Ability to work a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays) and perform essential job functions, including lifting up to 40 pounds; reliable transportation; high school diploma/GED preferred.
