Job Summary

Provide technical leadership for system integration testing quality across Honeywell’s industrial software products. Partner with domain SMEs and executive stakeholders to enable AI-first SDLC/STLC, define entry/exit quality criteria, and improve product validation outcomes. Lead large-scale SIT, drive modern testing practices across cloud/edge/on-prem, and influence product architecture decisions. Serve as a technical face for customers and mentor engineering talent, while driving AI-native testing vision for O&G operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Enable AI-first SDLC/STLC to systematically improve product quality through strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
•Develop customer-centric product validation with HON project and customer support teams, driving reduced defect leakage and improved customer satisfaction.
•Set and tighten quality entry/exit criteria and quality gates with product architects and TPOs, working with DevOps teams.
•Lead end-to-end system integration testing (SIT) for complex industrial software and institutionalize testing guardrails with Honeywell Connected Industrials (HCI) leadership.
•Drive AI-native testing vision, modern testing practices across cloud/edge/on-prem, monitor cloud apps with SRE, and mentor senior engineers and technical architects.

Key Requirements

•Deep understanding of refinery operations, process optimization, and process control systems.
•Comprehensive knowledge of engineering workflows across upstream and downstream oil and gas sectors.
•Foundational knowledge of enterprise software systems, cloud-native deployments, and distributed systems.
•Expert-level mastery in managing complex, large-scale system integration testing (SIT) and quality processes for enterprise products.
•Strong Agile understanding and practical knowledge of agentic/AI-driven software testing, with ability to communicate and influence stakeholders.
