Consulting Services Account Specialist

Lead services sales for a territory of enterprise accounts, driving revenue, bookings, and customer satisfaction. Develop relationships with channel partners and key accounts, designing technical and business solutions aligned to customer outcomes across IT infrastructure, cloud, middleware, and PaaS offerings. Coordinate with delivery and sales teams, manage multi-product solutions using SAFe methodologies, resolve escalations, and support contracting efforts for master services agreements and statements of work.
