Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and collaborate on the design, development, and evaluation of ML models for demand forecasting and related AI products.
  • •Improve forecasting accuracy, robustness, scalability, and explainability across multiple business domains.
  • •Develop reusable modeling approaches for replenishment, AI pricing, supply chain optimisation, and future forecasting use cases.
  • •Research, prototype, and evaluate modern and emerging ML techniques to improve forecasting performance.
  • •Write, test, and maintain production-quality Python code, and work with ML engineers to productionise models reliably and efficiently at scale.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of statistical methods for real-world problems, including time series forecasting and/or probabilistic forecasting.
  • •Hands-on experience with deep learning and/or multimodal machine learning, representation learning, causal inference, and optimisation.
  • •Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
  • •Experience with large datasets and distributed data processing, plus software engineering practices (testing, version control, maintainable and reproducible code).
