Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize sales and implement promotional activities to support cost control and sales optimization.
  • •Coordinate, initiate, and control operational processes, including delegation and control of individual tasks.
  • •Serve as the link between the General Manager and department heads/team leaders, ensuring effective communication through meetings and other means.
  • •Implement annual reviews for subordinate department/Head of Department, including promotion, development, career planning, and corrective/disciplinary actions in collaboration with the GM.
  • •Support safety and protection leadership in the hotel, including security-relevant measures, fire protection, emergency conduct, and continuous monitoring of departments and public/non-public spaces.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters, Bachelor’s or similar degree with major work in Tourism/Hotel Management and training in international luxury hotel business management.
  • •International experience in comparative positions and sound training in various departments in international luxury hotels.
  • •Proficiency in written and oral French is an added advantage.
  • •Ability to motivate and supervise employees with strong analytical thinking and executive competence.
  • •Budgeting experience and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
