  • •Document all customer-vehicle interactions properly using the required software.
  • •Maintain a high knowledge level of high-voltage and general electrical vehicle systems.
  • •Follow correct procedures for documenting repair orders.
  • •Collaborate and communicate effectively with the service team; provide creative solutions and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician (KFZ-Mechatroniker) or relevant professional experience.
  • •Knowledge of high-voltage, low-voltage, and electric vehicle drive systems.
  • •Ability to work while on the go and support the mobile service team when needed.
  • •Experience repairing premium vehicles.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to use basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) and learn proprietary DMS software.
