Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Trading roadmap by setting milestones, surfacing dependencies, and making prioritization tradeoffs on what ships when.
  • •Define and ship trading experiences end-to-end by writing specs, running user studies, iterating on feedback, and partnering with QA.
  • •Stay close to trader behavior through interviews and observations, using insights about risk management and actual usage.
  • •Drive market and competitive clarity through research that informs the roadmap and near-term planning.
  • •Represent Trading as the DRI in cross-functional forums and deliver outcomes from inception through post-launch iteration.
