Job Summary

Experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning Aura/LWC) for deal management at a global investment firm. Own end-to-end Salesforce projects, implement integrations and automations, optimize performance within governor limits, contribute to Agile ceremonies, and mentor the broader team while partnering with stakeholders across multiple business units from Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently own and deliver small to medium Salesforce projects end to end, from requirements clarification through solution design, implementation, and release, with minimal oversight.
•Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning (Aura and LWC), integrations, automation, and platform best practices.
•Develop reports and dashboards to support internal stakeholders.
•Configure and support the Salesforce Mobile App experience.
•Write high-quality unit tests, triggers, batch classes, and asynchronous processes.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform.
•Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning framework (Aura), Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL and SOSL.
•Experience with Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk, Streaming) and hosting/calling Salesforce or external web services.
•Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party tools and systems, with strong process automation and data modeling capabilities.
•Experience delivering solutions in an Agile development model and strong communication skills.
