Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, execute, and monitor local delivery and export shipment planning to ensure timely booking and delivery in full.
  • •Coordinate with Supply Planner, Customer Care, Plant, Warehouse, Quality, and freight forwarders to support orders, inventory availability, shipping documents, container loading, and dispatch.
  • •Act as a Super User during SAP setup for warehousing and transport planning, participating in setup, training, and related support tasks.
  • •Create and maintain delivery notes and commercial invoices; enter shipment costs; provide not billed reports for daily/weekly/month-end closing.
  • •Liaise with transporters for truck booking and generate shipment completion reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Recognized Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • •1-2 years working experience in logistics/shipping/export.
  • •Good command of English and Turkish.
  • •Good working knowledge of ERP and MS Office; SAP experience needed (warehouse and transport planning).
  • •Strong planning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to handle complex issues under tight deadlines.
