Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and maintain trademark and design portfolios, including clearance reviews, registrations, and maintaining existing registrations.
  • •Collaborate on IP litigation matters by coordinating with external counsel and overseeing legal proceedings.
  • •Draft and review IP-related documents, including trademark applications, licensing agreements, and co-existence agreements; develop document templates and processes.
  • •Monitor and investigate potential IP infringement, including gathering evidence, conducting legal research, and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • •Advise the business on trademark, design, and copyright issues, including global risk assessments, infringements, unfair competition actions, and oppositions.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified lawyer with an active license or warrant to practice law in the EU or UK.
