  • •Investigate loss details, determine legal liability, evaluate, negotiate, and adjudicate claims appropriately and timely with clear documentation.
  • •Prioritize and manage assigned claims workload and provide timely claims status updates to members and involved parties.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
  • •4 years auto injury claims adjusting experience.
  • •Advanced knowledge of auto claims contract and the end-to-end claims process (investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and adjudication) including application of case law and state laws/regulations.
  • •Advanced negotiation, investigation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • •Acquire and maintain an insurance adjuster license within 90 days and 3 attempts.
