Job Summary

Senior Power Platform Engineer responsible for end-to-end Power Platform solutions (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Canvas and Model-driven Apps) in enterprise projects. Acts as technical sparring partner, drives automation and AI integration across Microsoft 365/Azure and third-party systems, mentors teams, and establishes governance and ALM practices to deliver scalable, high-impact digital transformations.

Key Responsibilities

•Conceive and implement end-to-end Power Platform solutions across the full platform, including Copilot Studio Agents
•Develop multi-agent solutions, Copilot Studio Agents, Canvas Apps, Cloud/Desktop Flows, Dataverse artifacts, AI Builder and Model-driven Apps
•Make architecture decisions and provide technical leadership in complex enterprise projects
•Build out and extend Power Platform capabilities for clients
•Identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency in existing business processes
•Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure and third-party systems
•Establish best practices, governance models, Center of Excellence and ALM processes
•Mentor and transfer knowledge within the team and to clients
•Continuously monitor new Microsoft stack features and assess applicability for customer use

Key Requirements

•Extensive, multi-year experience with the full Power Platform suite including Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents and multi-agent architectures
•Strong expertise in Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows (RPA), plus development experience with Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps
•Deep Dataverse knowledge (data modeling, security, plugins, business rules) and familiarity with AI Builder and Business Process Flows
•ALM experience for Power Platform (Solutions, Pipelines, Power Platform CLI, Azure DevOps or GitHub)
•Software development experience in languages and stacks such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, .NET (C#, ASP.NET) or PowerShell; REST APIs and custom connectors; Git and CI/CD pipelines
