Job Summary

Build and maintain a platform that enables Wise teams to rapidly experiment with and productionize Generative AI systems. Improve availability, security and observability of services, deploy microservices to cloud, and collaborate with product teams to translate AI ideas into scalable solutions while mentoring juniors and incorporating user feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain a platform that enables teams to rapidly experiment and bring Generative AI based systems to production, providing tooling, guidance and guardrails.
•Run and maintain services and libraries with proper observability and service management elements.
•Iterate on services to improve availability, security, and ease of use while responding to complex requirements.
•Collaborate with product teams to bring ideas into production and help shape AI driven solutions.
•Mentor junior engineers and actively seek and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 4,250 - 5,750 monthly

Key Requirements

•You have at least 4 years of engineering background in Python with years of experience putting solutions into production and maintaining them.
•You have high coding standards - understanding of test coverage best practices & the test pyramid concept, and you are well versed in writing effective, scalable and clean code.
•You have experience deploying microservices to cloud based systems.
•You have experience designing and implementing distributed and concurrent systems, knowing the tradeoffs between stateful/stateless and synchronous/asynchronous architecture.
•You have knowledge and experience with LLMs and building LLM based applications.
