Job Summary

Drive clinical capability and professional standards across the Triton Hearing network while maintaining a hands-on audiology practice. As a Clinical Coach in the Christchurch area, you’ll coach clinicians through observation, targeted development plans, workshops, and onboarding support, and deliver product education on emerging hearing technologies. You’ll also mentor provisional professionals and support accreditation journeys, with regular field-based travel throughout your region.

Key Responsibilities

•Dedicate 24 hours per week to driving clinical capability, professional standards, and commercial performance across the region.
•Deliver one-on-one coaching, observation, and development support; identify capability gaps and create targeted development plans.
•Facilitate workshops, virtual learning sessions, and on-the-job training, and support clinicians to improve clinical, commercial, and product performance.
•Partner with leaders to deliver outstanding onboarding, consistent induction, and training across the region.
•Act as a supervisor/co-supervisor for provisional NZAS members and support clinicians preparing for OSCE examinations and NZAS membership.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Full membership with the New Zealand Audiological Society (NZAS).
•Significant experience within the private hearing healthcare sector.
•Proven success coaching and developing clinicians.
•Experience designing and delivering engaging learning programmes.
•Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
