Key Responsibilities

  • •Own internal communications strategy, calendar, and multi-channel distribution across People and COO, including company update messaging.
  • •Write and edit internal content across internal wiki and other channels; support leadership with change and reorg communications for transparency and buy-in.
  • •Design and run an employee listening framework across employee groups and key moments with a minimum quarterly cadence; translate feedback into action.
  • •Build and document a company-wide recognition framework, pilot it with an initial team, and integrate recognition into everyday tools and processes aligned with company values.
  • •Identify and help launch culture initiatives; plan and deliver events and community programming for remote/distributed hubs; analyze and present engagement and participation data.
