Job Summary

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions that address real business challenges across industries such as banking and healthcare. Own the full AI lifecycle—from data exploration and feature engineering to predictive modeling, Generative AI/RAG, and MLOps. Build and optimize models for analytics and forecasting, evaluate LLM performance with prompt/retrieval tuning, and collaborate with engineers to productionize solutions while documenting results for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models for predictive analytics and business intelligence.
•Build and optimize classification, regression, clustering, recommendation, forecasting, anomaly detection, and related predictive models.
•Analyze structured and unstructured datasets and engineer datasets to support machine learning applications.
•Develop, validate, and monitor machine learning models across their lifecycle, including production readiness with enterprise AI platforms.
•Build and optimize RAG pipelines and Generative AI solutions; evaluate LLMs and improve performance through prompt engineering, retrieval optimization, and model evaluation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
•Strong proficiency in Python for data science and machine learning.
•Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms, with experience building predictive models on real-world datasets.
•Experience with SQL/data querying, feature engineering, model training/validation/optimization, and collaborative development using Git.
