Key Responsibilities

  • •Engineer our employee affiliation engine to reliably process thousands of lifecycle events daily
  • •Simplify payroll and billing by crafting tools that HR teams love
  • •Build seamless integrations with external platforms (e.g., Payfit and Workday) so things “just work”
  • •Automate workflows at scale, adapting solutions for companies of all sizes across multiple countries
  • •Collaborate across teams (product, design, and ops) to deliver a unified experience

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient in backend and frontend development, with experience spanning Python/Flask and modern JavaScript (React) frameworks
