Job Summary

Own the full accounting cycle for the Vietnam entity and support regional reporting. Prepare and control financial information end to end—from reconciliations and bank/accounting records through monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages. Provide inputs for outsourced advisors, support audits and tax documentation, and ensure timely SOX control completion while partnering with Treasury, Tax, FIN OPS, and Operations to drive accurate, compliant reporting and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full accounting cycle for the Vietnam entity, including accounts payable, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, and expense/budget tracking.
•Provide inputs for outsourced advisors to prepare P&L, balance sheet, and bank reconciliation reports.
•Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for the parent organization.
•Control, review, and approve accounting information to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clear explanations of deviations.
•Support global and local audits and ensure timely completion of monthly SOX controls; help drive process improvements in regional accounting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
•Proven experience in accounting roles with similar responsibilities, ideally in a multinational or fintech/financial services environment.
•Solid understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations; IFRS knowledge is an advantage.
•Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
•Fluent written and spoken English; Vietnamese proficiency required.
