  • •Own the channel enhancement backlog and ensure timely delivery across Mashreq’s corporate digital channels.
  • •Gather requirements, write use cases, user stories, BRDs, and develop development roadmaps.
  • •Maintain backlog and coordinate with Product, CXCG, Technology, Operations, Compliance and Islamic teams to roll out functionalities across markets.
  • •Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align channel capabilities with regulatory requirements and market nuances.
  • •Support key client mandates through digital channels and ensure onshore presence for rapid issue resolution.
