Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with factory stakeholders to ensure tools/equipment/kits are ordered and delivered to meet tool install schedule requirements, tracking and escalating issues as needed.
  • •Lead execution planning and detailed coordination to support tool install milestones, including planning/co-ordination meetings across multiple suppliers and trade contractors.
  • •Drive systems and parts configuration/genealogy accuracy for RFT order/kits delivery and align stakeholders to enable execution planning.
  • •Forecast equipment workload and funding requirements and ensure commit/POs are in place to meet program goals, including timely funding requests.
  • •Ensure scope execution meets Intel safety, protocol/housekeeping, and quality standards; escalate constraints and support troubleshooting to mitigate delays.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field and 1+ years of construction, engineering, or project management experience (experience may be gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training).
  • •Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field with no prior professional experience.
  • •Familiarity with advanced semiconductor fabrication processes and semiconductor equipment installation requirements.
  • •Experience collaborating cross-functionally with contractors, suppliers, and engineering teams.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and technical validation; ability to interpret technical documentation and apply disciplined execution in project management tasks.
