Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of the company’s cloud infrastructure, focused on AWS and GCP.
  • •Define and execute a cloud strategy aligned to scalability, cost efficiency, business continuity, and Technology/Product roadmaps.
  • •Lead and mentor DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure engineering teams with a focus on performance and continuous development.
  • •Ensure operational excellence with monitoring, alerting, incident response, automation, and 24/7/365 stability, including capacity planning and disaster recovery readiness.
  • •Collaborate with Security to align infrastructure with ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and Cyber Essentials, and oversee disaster recovery and business continuity testing and improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced senior leader in IT infrastructure focused on cloud services.
  • •Highly experienced managing multiple cloud operations teams across technologies and geographies.
  • •Expertise in AWS services (including EC2, S3, RDS) and GCP services (including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage).
  • •Demonstrated leadership in DevOps practices including CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) and/or equivalent preferred qualifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect).
