Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the services lifecycle for high-stakes, complex engagements to ensure technical discovery aligns with core product capabilities.
  • •Challenge unrealistic customer requests and offer strategic trade-offs to protect project health and customer success.
  • •Lead deep technical discovery pre-signature and implement formal, auditable scope governance and change management for all scope modifications.
  • •Maintain commercial data integrity by owning the accuracy of bookings forecasts and financial milestones in SFDC.
  • •Translate complex customer challenges into milestone-driven roadmaps and ensure SOW alignment with customer Use Cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 4 years with a Master’s degree.
  • •5-8 years of field sales or services delivery experience in Data Warehousing, BI, or Cloud fields.
  • •Expert-level capability in Technical Discovery and Scoping, including leading deep discovery pre-signature.
  • •Proven ability to exercise good judgment selecting methods and techniques in complex environments.
