Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and operate AI-assisted automation services across security domains, owning them as production services with testing, monitoring, alerting, error handling, and rollback.
  • •Automate security operations workflows such as alert triage and enrichment, case summarisation, evidence collection, detection tuning, threat intelligence synthesis, and investigative workflows.
  • •Deliver AI and automation capability across security domains including access reviews and certification support, entitlement analysis and role mining, privileged session analysis, and PAM onboarding.
  • •Integrate LLM and agent-based workflows with SIEM, EDR, SOAR, IGA, PAM, CSPM, DLP, ticketing, and threat intelligence platforms via supported APIs.
  • •Set the global AI security automation roadmap, establish engineering standards and guardrails (least privilege, audit logging, human-in-the-loop), and mentor engineers at the Pune capability centre.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years professional software engineering with production ownership.
  • •Advanced Python experience, including asynchronous programming, API integration, automated testing, and CI/CD.
  • •Production experience building LLM-backed or agentic systems, including retrieval, tool/function calling, orchestration, and evaluation or regression testing.
  • •Working knowledge of security operations tooling and workflows, including SIEM, EDR, SOAR, case management, and threat intelligence.
  • •Cloud engineering experience with AWS or Azure, plus containerisation and infrastructure-as-code.
