Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a legal business partner to Wiz’s revenue teams in EMEA by summarizing and communicating legal concepts and risks to business teams.
  • •Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of legal agreements; advise on contract interpretation and negotiation to accelerate contract velocity.
  • •Understand customer and internal stakeholder context and address issues from their perspective.
  • •Triage a heavy workflow by setting priorities and delivering results efficiently.
  • •Support agreement template and legal process improvements, and manage agreements in line with company policies and risk tolerance.

Key Requirements

  • •Admitted to the bar and in good standing (or otherwise authorized to practice law) in Israel, the UK, or at least one country in Europe.
  • •4+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company.
  • •Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume of contracts including SaaS agreements, professional services agreements, partner agreements, and NDAs.
  • •Strong communication skills in English and either French or German (written and verbal).
  • •Legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without visa sponsorship.
