Key Responsibilities

  • •Shadow Facilities shift technicians to understand daily routines, alarm handling, logging, reporting, and coordination activities.
  • •Observe and document current workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Identify suitable areas for AI or automation support (e.g., reporting, checklists, alerts, SOP assistance).
  • •Propose, design, and build basic automation or AI-assisted solutions with guidance, then test with users.
