  • •Lead end-to-end continuous improvement and AI transformation projects (define, design, implement, report to leadership).
  • •Identify and prioritize business improvement opportunities and develop AI-driven solutions with measurable impact.
  • •Promote AI awareness and adoption by sharing practical use cases and success stories across the organization.
  • •Deliver cost-effective solutions using appropriate methodologies and tools, including automation, Agentic AI, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, and other emerging tools.
  • •Facilitate workshops, provide AI best-practice guidance, and assess/enable implementation and scaling within ZCC Kraków.
