Key Responsibilities

•Be a business partner to the CEO and business leaders to shape new teams and adapt organizational structure.
•Take full ownership of the Employee Lifecycle for a defined business unit and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
•Improve processes that strengthen the business: performance cycles, leadership development, feedback ecosystem, succession planning, organizational design.
•Analyze data on people and team dynamics to support strategic decision-making beyond surveys.
•Build a culture of high performance where ambition, transparency, and accountability coexist with humanity.
