Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a key member of the Risk and Compliance Assurance/FC Assurance team, ensuring standards, policies, and procedures remain fit for purpose through continuous assessment.
  • •Drive end-to-end assurance work over RC/FC risks and controls across Taiwan bank and applicable group scope, aligned to the bank’s Risk Management Framework.
  • •Provide subject matter expertise to identify appropriate review scope and deliver assurance activities in coordination with the team.
  • •Monitor and identify key in-country and regional emerging risks/trends to support ongoing development of the assurance programme.
  • •Ensure consistent reporting and escalation of issues identified through RC and FC Assurance activities in a timely manner.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive knowledge of RC and FC risks and controls, with extensive experience in assurance or testing activities in financial services.
  • •At least 7 years’ experience in business, compliance, audit, or risk within the financial industry, with strong risk assessment, control, and testing skills.
  • •Preferably audit-related experience and a clear understanding of regulatory and financial crime compliance risk in global financial services.
  • •Strong risk assessment, control, and testing skills, with excellent analytical, organisational, and project management abilities.
  • •Strong collaboration and influencing skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage conflicting priorities while handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • •Strong English language skills (written and spoken).
