Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to investment strategy development, including strategic and target asset allocation to optimize risk/return.
  • •Lead the fixed income team on coverage areas and explore, evaluate, and implement new investment initiatives within the Investment Hub structure.
  • •Oversee investment outsourcing via asset managers’ strategy execution, risk monitoring, and performance measurement.
  • •Build and maintain an investment risk framework and ensure corporate governance standards are met.
  • •Recommend and implement investment policies, fund structures, and vehicles; monitor performance against benchmarks and risk limits.

Key Requirements

  • •University graduate in business administration, investment, or finance-related discipline; CFA or Fellow of a recognized actuarial organization is an advantage.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ working experience in the insurance or investment industry.
  • •Strong investment knowledge and practical experience of investment & Asset Liability Management in an insurance context.
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills with practical experience using Excel, VBA, and stochastic modeling techniques.
  • •Excellent communication skills and proficiency in both Chinese and English.
