Michigan Bridge Group Manager

Oversee WSP’s structural engineering bridge work for Michigan, leading a local team while delivering technical deliverables and infrastructure projects with industry-leading quality. Provide mentorship and performance guidance for bridge department staff, supervise complex, large-scale structural projects, and manage budgets, scheduling, and subcontractors. Drive long-term growth, client relationships, proposals, contract negotiations, and compliance with federal, state, and local engineering and safety regulations.
