Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage budget, forecast, and monthly closing activities for the Industrial Management scope, including Logistics, Product Development, Industrial Division, and Design & Haute Couture.
  • •Calculate and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), industrial overheads, and inventory movements; partner with Accounts Payable and Inventory Controlling.
  • •Analyze Actual Product Costs vs. Standard Costs and track Product Development costs for Prototype and Sample launches.
  • •Prepare periodic reporting and calculate KPIs for the Industrial area, and develop ad hoc analyses for decision-making.
  • •Optimize the SAP cost control system by monitoring WIP, correcting input anomalies, and developing customized data extraction layouts.

Salary: EUR 38,000 - 42,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in Industrial Controlling in structured organizations, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional background).
  • •Strong skills in analysis and reporting tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Intelligence applications.
  • •Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Fluent in Italian and English with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
