Field Sales Manager | Istanbul (Tender Management)

Drive new business growth for air freight, ocean freight, and project cargo by developing opportunities, visiting customers in the field, and building long-term partnerships. Manage a healthy sales pipeline, achieve revenue and gross profit targets, and prepare customer quotations and commercial proposals. Lead and coordinate RFI/RFQ/RFP tender processes with pricing, operations, product, and regional teams, while maintaining CRM accuracy and ensuring compliance with DP World commercial standards.
